Welcome!I am an Assistant Professor at the Institute for Accounting and Control at the LMU Munich School of Management. I received my Ph.D. from LMU Munich, Department of Economics.
My research examines the effectiveness of management controls in firms. I develop theory and collect field data to understand how formal and informal controls affect employee productivity and job satisfaction. You can find my CV here.
